Mindful or mind full? I strongly believe that it is crucial to take time-outs regularly in order to enable oneself to cope with the ongoing changing environment.
How does my coaching work?
Principle
My coaching is based on co-active coaching approach. One of the four cornerstones is that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole which means nothing needs to be fixed and every human being has the potential in himself/herself to find the right answer to whatever needs to be answered.
In contrast to mentoring and/or counseling, it is the coachee himself/herself who finds his/her own solution which then is also more sustainable in really living what has been worked out.
Confidentiality
Coaching always takes place in a “safe space” which means that everything what has happened during the coaching will not be shared outside by the coach.
I would always encourage the coachee – particularly when coaching has been initiated by the employer – to share development/progress and/or outcome with the line manager.
Start
Before starting a coaching with a coachee, I would invite you to a so-called “chemistry call” of approx. 30 minutes in order to get to know each other and align on how and when to proceed incl. appointments.
Sessions
Sessions are held in English or German, internationally via phone, video call, skype or zoom.
So, if you are stuck in the hamster wheel of the daily routine, if you feel that something is missing, that your life is not fulfilling – start with reaching out to me.
After start
If – after the “get to know each other” call – we will enter into our “Coach-Coachee-Relationship” and I always start with the “Wheel of Life”. This is a reflection on eight dimensions of the life in terms how satisfied you are and it helps to focus throughout the coaching relationship. The accountability lies with the coachee.
The frequency and duration are very individual which I would align with you. In general, I offer 6 – 8 session à 60 minutes.
I also work a lot with homework – yes, you will need to reflect and observe also between our sessions. The homework supports your transformation to where you want to be.
Costs
This is a very good point and we should discuss individually.
