My Coaching Education Journey
Wow, what a journey in 2019 when I did my coaching education. You don’t only hear it or see or observe it – you feel it. I had several OMG moments and was really super-surprised what’s going on – and please don’t take me wrong – I am a very pragmatic and hands-on person. This education, this experience and beautiful „humans“ in this course were and still are a „game changer“ for me.
I have learned a lot about myself!
…well I thought before I already did – I have defined my Life Purpose Statement (LPS – really helpful), remembered my values and dreams and how „parking them somewhere“ led to an imbalance and the „fuc….“ daily routine took over.
