Can you still remember and/or imagine that there was a world before without „www“? I still remember this. More or less, suddenly the world and particularly the way of communication and connecting across the globe changed. Unbelievable how many changes and transformations have happened during my life so far … and it is ongoing.  Change is a constant in our lives – whether we like it or not. It is always the way we handle it which impacts our behavior, mood, emotions.

“Just when the caterpillar thought the world was ending, it became a butterfly.” I want to end this first blog with this English proverb. (Re-)think and reflect – enjoy.
